Brent and Tiffany Wilson
Brent and I have lived in Tuscola nearly our whole lives. We are both Graduates from Tuscola and are high school sweethearts. We started dating in 2003. We married in 2010.
We have 3 wonderful boys who also attend Tuscola schools. Korbin (12), Knox (7) and Kash (4). We have also welcomed a baby girl into our loving family whom we call Ella. We have been blessed to be able to be part of her little life since her birth and hope one day she can share our same last name! We also have 2 dogs, Ruby June and Yankee-Doodle. We are faithful members of the Tuscola Church of the Nazarene where Brent oversees music and sound, and Tiffany is a board member. Brent is an active assistant coach for the JFL Football program (also the equipment manager), Little League baseball program, both Coach Pitch and the Majors division and Junior High Travel Basketball Team. Brent is also a 10-year veteran of the Tuscola Fire Department. Tiffany is head-coach for the heavy weights cheerleading squad for the JFL program as well. Alongside of learning the Gould Transportation business, Tiffany also is the coordinator and sole pharmaceutical buyer at Christie Clinic where she oversees all drugs and medications, contracts and pricing strategies for all locations. Her specialty is chemotherapy and vaccines. Tiffany has been in the pharmaceutical world for almost 20 years now.
Our kids are very active in football, flag football, baseball, basketball, swim team and various youth groups.
Brent and I strive to always be effective communicators who leverage true passion and an unwavering commitment to excellence in all things we do. We love our kids, our family and our friends! We are filled with extreme joy as we transition into the roles of Shane and Lindsey Gould. This new and exciting journey has us ready to serve our community to the next level!

Office Manager, Lead Dispatcher & Event Coordinator
Heather lives in Tuscola with her husband. They have three children, two of whom they are blessed to have as guardian angels. Throughout the years, Heather and her husband spent countless hours at sporting events as their children grew up and continue to support local athletics by attending games in the community. She is an active member of Becky’s Buddies and volunteers her time organizing events to raise money for the American Cancer Society. Heather also owns My Grandma’s Kitchen Cottage Home Bakery, where she enjoys baking in her spare time. In 2023, she joined Gould Transportation. While she doesn’t have daily interactions with the children, she loves hearing stories from the drivers. Heather and her family plan to become even more involved in community events and she looks forward to meeting the families they help transport.

Our Story
We are a family owned and operated business since 1973.
In 1973, Roy and Dee Gould purchased the buses from Bill Betzold and named the business, Gould Bus Service.
In 2003, Shane and Lindsey Gould purchased the business to carry on the family legacy now knows as Gould Transportation Services (GTSI).
In 2023, the Gould’s asked Brent and Tiffany Wilson to be part of that family legacy and to begin learning the family business so that one day the family business will be passed onto them.
We take pride in our family, friends, work and home. Our school bus transportation business is one that requires much dedication and patience, as we work with people of all ages, and ethnicities. We strive to give the best service to our school districts, and to the population of the communities in the safest most efficient and economical manner, yet still be able to be flexible as much as can be allowed. It takes a group of special people to accomplish our daily and sometimes hourly goals. As school bus drivers and school bus aids, we must wear many hats including teacher, care giver, and sometimes just a listener.
For all those who work for Gould Transportation, this job can be very demanding and overwhelming with some pressure added, but it can also let you walk away from the day feeling very rewarded. It takes a special group of skilled people that have to work together as members of a team to get the job at hand done safely, as the lives of our future are directly dependent on the decisions made by us.
